🐋 What to Expect
This one-time event asks the question: What does the ocean sound like during the whale-watching season? and unfolds in two engaging parts:
🔹 Part 1:
A scientific talk with researchers Giovanna Bertella and Thea Asp from Ocean Sounds, focusing on how underwater noise affects whales and orcas.
🔹 Part 2:
A sound + video performance by Nico — an immersive experience blending art and science to help us hear the impacts of the ocean’s acoustic environment.
